Welcome to my blog. I have had ALS for 10 years now.

Since I started this blog in June 2008 I've had amazing feedback. Family, friends, people from all over North America, Australia, Scotland, England, and places I can't recall, have commented, encouraged and corresponded. I had no idea when Cynthia taught me how to set this up, how much I would love posting and how many people would read it. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has helped propel this therapeutic exercise into a daily routine. All of you, both friends and visitors, are now part of my blog family. Welcome.

yeah, well, i must be crunchy, too! mostly around the knees area. ouch.

cute graphic :) hope you are having a great weekend :)

if you are a praying lady, which i think you are, i would appreciate your prayers. i'm having some issues - going for a catscan of the abdomen - probably tuesday, not definite on that day yet - hopefully to rule out a tumor.

then on dec 9, unless they find something in the catscan, i will be doing a colonoscopy. they've removed polyps twice before, but these symptoms are worse than any i've had before, so not really sure what to expect. thanks for any prayers you might lift up for me :)
