Welcome to my blog. I have had ALS for 10 years now.

Since I started this blog in June 2008 I've had amazing feedback. Family, friends, people from all over North America, Australia, Scotland, England, and places I can't recall, have commented, encouraged and corresponded. I had no idea when Cynthia taught me how to set this up, how much I would love posting and how many people would read it. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has helped propel this therapeutic exercise into a daily routine. All of you, both friends and visitors, are now part of my blog family. Welcome.

This is a photo of my twin cousins, my sister Cheryle, and me. What can I say? There weren't enough dress-up dresses to go around and I was the youngest.

haha! this is great and i love what you wrote - i'm smiling! i really like to see your pictures from days gone by - makes me wonder what you were like - would we have been friends - makes me wonder what your growing up years were like compared to mine. we were in similar parts of the country (i grew up in newfoundland) similar weather. i played a lot on rocky hills, not much green where i lived, by little bubbling streams. i loved the weather! it was never hot! and what was there not to love about all the snow when we were kids? i wouldn't want to have to shovel all that stuff at this age, though! so thankful for my dad! thanks for posting this picture - got me thinking and smiling :) and it looks like you were all wonderful friends! how great is that! :)
