Welcome to my blog. I have had ALS for 10 years now.

Since I started this blog in June 2008 I've had amazing feedback. Family, friends, people from all over North America, Australia, Scotland, England, and places I can't recall, have commented, encouraged and corresponded. I had no idea when Cynthia taught me how to set this up, how much I would love posting and how many people would read it. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has helped propel this therapeutic exercise into a daily routine. All of you, both friends and visitors, are now part of my blog family. Welcome.

i love all the cute cat things you put on your blog :)

karyn, i'm going to be out of town for a few days. i don't know if there will be internet where i'm going, so i may be away from your page for a while.

please pray for me. our family is going through a huge crisis right now with a 3 1/2 month old baby in critical condition in the hospital and my nephew in jail for causing that condition. i am heading to their home tomorrow to try to help the grandmom (my sister-in-law) try to hold her family together. your prayers would be appreciate and are much needed. talk with you soon, alice
